If you wish to have the person you are honoring notified, be sure to enter their address along with their name in the designated comment area. Also be sure and tell us if this is a gift for Mother's Day, Father's Day, someone's birthday or some other commemorative occasion. We'll send them notification that you have made the gift in their honor.
