Rod Witte

Rod WitteMr. Witte is no stranger to Tennyson Center, having served on the non-profit’s board of directors since 2009.  While he has had an impressive, 30-year career in the finance industry, he says he’s been preparing for a change into the field of non-profit management for the past 10 years.  From 2009 through 2012, Rod was the Metro Denver/Southeast Colorado regional President for Greenwood Village based Community Banks of Colorado.  Prior to that, he was the Vice President in charge of corporate banking for First National Bank in Ft. Collins.  In addition to serving on the board at Tennyson, Rod also serves on the board of directors for Stride, a non-profit that aids low-income families, as well as the board of directors for the Central Rocky Mountain Region of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ.



Kathryn Arbour, PhD

kathryn arbourDr. Arbour manages the operational and support departments for the agency and serves on both the Executive and Management Teams. She has held executive positions at Fortune 500 corporations in the U.S., including Travelers Insurance, Smith Barney, and Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, Kathryn served as President/CEO at Rebuilding Together Metro Denver. Kathryn holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. She has previously served on the Board of Directors for Community Health Charities as Vice Chair, and Easter Seals Colorado as Chair of the Governance Committee. Kathryn also served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners as Vice President. Whenever there is a free moment, Kathryn writes poetry, short stories, essays, articles, and web logs. Kathryn’s writings have appeared regularly in literary magazines, print publications and online.


Jeff Leniger, CPA

Jeff Leniger, CFOMr. Leniger is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Tennyson Center for Children at Colorado Christian Home and is responsible for all of the financial operations and reporting for the agency.  Mr. Leniger is a CPA and his professional history includes roles in both private and public accounting.  Mr. Leniger volunteers his time on the Board of Directors of Second Wind Fund as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair.  Mr. Leniger holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver and also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DU.  Most of his career has been spent working in nonprofit auditing, accounting, and financial management.  He has a particular passion for the incredible program work that happens daily at Tennyson.  Mr. Leniger invests the majority of his non-Tennyson time with his wife and three boys, who are ages 5, 3, and 4 months and keep him very busy. 


Micah Abram

Micah AbramMicah Abram is the Chief Development Officer responsible for the overall planning and management of the development department, including fundraising, planned giving, special events, marketing, community relations, corporate relations and church relations.  Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Development at the University of Colorado Boulder raising current, deferred and endowed gifts for the College of Arts and Sciences’ fine and performing art departments including the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and the CU Art Museum. 
Prior to moving to Colorado, Micah lived in Florida while she was completing her BA at the University of Florida then her MFA in arts administration at Florida State University while also working for FSU Foundation.  Micah has a personal passion for children and the arts.  In her free time she can be found on the playground with her husband, Andy and their 2 ½ year old little girl, Annabelle or perhaps working on a play at a local community theatre. 


Andrew Pasini, M.Ed.

Andrew PasiniAndrew Pasini is the Director of Human Resources and manages the recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits and employee relations for the agency. He is a certified professional in Human Resources and holds a Masters of Education degree in Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University. He has spent most of his career in the nonprofit sector, prior to joining TCC in 2005. Andrew grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico and has lived in Argentina and Papua New Guinea. When not at work, he enjoys films and running. 



Don Maestas, Jr., M.A., L.P.C., L.A.C.

Don MaestasDon joins Tennyson Center after serving on the Executive Management Team at Jefferson Hills where he oversaw clinical programs for children and adolescents in crisis within a hospital diversion setting.  In addition Don brings a wide range of experience providing clinical service with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings such as community based programs, bereavement, residential, and inpatient care.  Focuses for Don include counseling involving such issues as trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, and crisis management.  Don is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor.
