Youth Treatment Counselors

Seeking  full-time Youth Treatment Counselors to work in our residential milieu or school setting with children ages 5-18 with emotional/behavioral challenges and/or mental health concerns. Responsible for implementing treatment and educational plans and provide structure  with a balance of nurturing and limit setting. Participates in the daily supervision and care of children in the cottage or classroom. Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic  activities and groups, behavior management and crisis intervention, and teaching coping and living skills.  Available shifts include days 7:00-3:00 Monday-Friday, afternoon evening shifts either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat and overnight shift Tuesday-Friday. Must be 21 year old.  BA in a Human Service related field or equivalent experience required; previous experience working with groups of children preferred. All candidates must have or qualify to obtain a Colorado Driver's License. $12.50-$15.90 per hour. Clinician-Residential & Day Services

Provides clinical case management as well as individual and family therapy for an evolving caseload of clients.  Works collaboratively from intake to discharge with internal and external multi-disciplinary team (MDT) members to ensure continuity and consistency of care for clients and families.  Provides clinical case direction and recommendations to both cottage and classroom milieus as well as the MDT. Actively participates in individual clinical supervision, clinical team meetings, and mirror team consultation.  Plans and conducts weekly therapy groups. Maintains up-to-date documentation and overall quality assurance for assigned clients.  MA degree required (must be on LPC/LMFT track). Mus tbe registered on DORA and eligible for the provisional license.  Family systems orientation and strong clinical case management skills required.  All applicants must have a valid Colorado driver’s license (or ability to obtain).
