Clinician-Residential & Day Services

Responsible for providing family, individual and group therapy as well as case management and working with treatment teams. Coordinates case services with referring agencies, collaborative contacts and school staff.  Actively participates in clean team and participates on the rotating crisis pager. Requires strong case management and organizational skills and the ability to work from a family systems and strengths based orientation. LPC highly preferred (or MA track and within 6 months of licensure). Must be registered on DORA to be eligible for provisional licensure. Works a Monday-Friday schedule, includes some evenings. Intake/Assessment Specialist

Supports the mission, goals and values of the agency by providing professional response, assessment and coordination of referrals/assessments/admissions for the Admissions department. Provides short-term clinical services and case management to families referred, and directs other referrals to resources as applicable. May carry a small caseload and assist in clinical services. Works closely with Admission Team to build and maintain an active referral base, and provide quality customer service. Integrate with clinical, residential, educational and community based teams. Guide payer sources, clients and customers through the intake and welcoming process. Maintain positive public relations with external partners. Maintains benefit assignments for clients and coordinates private insurance for clients, and out of state referral process to assure funding source is in place. Monday-Friday schedule to include evening hours, 2-3 days per week. Participates in after-hours duty officer rotation.  LPC required (due to clinical supervision). Must be eligible for a Provisional license and registered on DORA database. 2-3 years social service/mental health experience preferred. Must possess high-level skills in interviewing, assessment and data gathering. Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills required. Youth Treatment Counselor

Full-time position works throughout the residential campus as assigned to gain and share experience and skills with all milieus, developmental age groups (5-18) and teams. Responsible for implementing treatment and educational plans for children with multiple emotional/behavioral problems in a structured environment. Actively participate in achieving the Agency’s mission by supporting the therapeutic milieu, group, and individual treatment programs in a multi-disciplinary team setting. Participates in the daily supervision and care of children in the cottage. Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic groups,  behavior management and crisis intervention, and teaching basic daily living skills. Will provide a therapeutic balance of nurturance and limit setting demonstrating an understanding of the emotional needs of the children. Must be 21. BA in a Human Service related field required; plus one-year previous related experience. All candidates must have or qualify to obtain a Colorado Driver’s License.To apply send resume to:
