Supports the mission, goals and values of the agency by providing professional response, assessment and coordination of referrals/assessments/admissions for the Admissions department. Provides short-term clinical services and case management to families referred, and directs other referrals to resources as applicable. May carry a small caseload and assist in clinical services. Works closely with Admission Team to build and maintain an active referral base, and provide quality customer service. Integrate with clinical, residential, educational and community based teams. Guide payer sources, clients and customers through the intake and welcoming process. Maintain positive public relations with external partners. Maintains benefit assignments for clients and coordinates private insurance for clients, and out of state referral process to assure funding source is in place. Accommodate flexible hours to include evening hours. Participates in after-hours duty officer rotation. Master’s degree in human service/mental health field required; licensure preferred. Must be eligible for a Provisional license and registered on DORA database. 2-3 years social service/mental health experience preferred. Must possess high-level skills in interviewing, assessment and data gathering. Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills required. Certified Medical Assistant/LPN
Works closely with the psychiatric/medical doctor and treatment teams to coordinate care of children on psychotropic medications, administer TB and Hepatitis series for staff and conducts and tracks health screenings for children. Participates in medication reviews as requested, orders and distributes medications, triage child illness and injuries and organizes blood draws for children on psychotropic medications. Current CMA or LPN with at least six months related pediatric experience. Must be highly organized, ability to multi-task and collaborate and work closely with a variety of staff and departments. All applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a current valid Colorado driver’s license. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Works Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 (half hour lunch). Special Events Manager
Manages and ensures the success of Special Events projects, Third Party events, monetary and gifts in kind as well as executing live and silent auctions. Cultivates positive, collaborative relationships with donors, volunteers and event vendors. Fulfills logistical requirements for event planning including hotels, food, event set up, program etc. Assists the Manager of Volunteer Services with special events on campus. BA degree and two years related work experience or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized with attention to detail. Microsoft Office applications proficiency required (Word, excel PowerPoint, Publisher) Raiser’s Edge experience preferred but not required. Clinician-Community Based Services
Provides clinical case management, care coordination and individual & family therapy in the home, school and community. Works collaboratively from intake to discharge with internal/ external multi-disciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care for clients. Provides in home therapeutic treatment which utilizes a family systems approach that is strength-based and time-limited. Works a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Resource Team Youth Treatment Counselor
Responsible for maintaining a therapeutic milieu by providing structure and support to the five residential units serving EBD children ages 5-18. Responds to calls for support on campus and provides feedback and modeling of strong behavior management skills. Seeking candidates with previous residential and/or impatient experience, strong verbal de-escalation techniques and ability to work with a variety of children and staff. Strong team work a must. Applicants must have a BA in a Human Service related field OR equivalent verifiable experience. Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s license. Works a Wednesday-Saturday schedule. Youth Treatment Counselor
Full-time position works throughout campus as assigned to gain and share experience and skills with all milieus, developmental age groups (5-18) and teams. Responsible for implementing treatment and educational plans for children with multiple emotional/behavioral problems in a structured environment. Actively participate in achieving the Agency’s mission by supporting the therapeutic milieu, group, and individual treatment programs in a multi-disciplinary team setting. Participates in the daily supervision and care of children in the cottage. Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic groups, behavior management and crisis intervention, and teaching basic daily living skills. Will provide a therapeutic balance of nurturance and limit setting demonstrating an understanding of the emotional needs of the children. Must be 21. BA in a Human Service related field required; plus one-year previous related experience.
