Youth Treatment Counselors-School
Direct care elementary and middle/HS school positions available to work Monday-Friday 7:15-3:15. Provides educational instruction and behavioral management in keeping with the children’s IEP and treatment plans. Seeking energetic, creative, team players with previous school or residential experience with high risk youth. Must have the ability to maintain professional boundaries, set limits and provide care of the children within the framework of Trauma Informed Care. Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, be over 21 years old and have a valid Colorado driver’s license. This is not a master’s level clinical position. Position is year round and will include working some holidays and school breaks in an assigned cottage. Background checks include CBI, FBI, and child abuse registry. Special Education Teacher – Life Skills

Special Education teacher responsible to provide educational curriculum and treatment programming to K-2 SIED students in a self-contained classroom with two classroom assistants. Night Youth Treatment Counselor
Awake, overnight person responsible for implementing a therapeutic and structured, safe milieu and the nightly supervision and care of children within a residential unit. Performs routine cottage housekeeping chores and bed checks, inputs data into the computer and works with other staff for the morning wake up routine, breakfast and getting children to school. BA in a Human Service related field OR equivalent experience required. All candidates must have a valid Colorado driver's license and be over the age of 21. Program Support Specialist- 35 HRS
Develops, maintains and tracks the psychiatric review schedule for doctors’ visits in compliance with regulations. Maintains the child information list, prepares materials and charts for the doctors weekly appointments and distributes required documents following these. Prepares and tracks Informed Consent and Mandatory Disclosure forms for all therapists. Will create and maintain agency forms. Will provide clerical support to the Program department on assigned projects. Two years of college or HS diploma and two years office support experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Database experience highly preferred. Must have attention to detail and be highly organized with strong analytic ability and ability to communicate and work collaboratively with all levels of staff. Family & School Support Specialist-Bilingual
Responsible for direct intensive therapeutic support, case management and crisis intervention services for children in the home, school and community. Coordinates services with assigned clinician to assure congruence with family therapy goals. Participates in team meetings, individual and group supervision, transition meetings and service plan reviews. Bilingual required (English/Spanish) works a Tuesday-Saturday schedule includes 3-4 evenings per week. BA in Human Service related field or equivalent experience required. Youth Treatment Counselors
Full-time positions that works throughout the residential campus as assigned to gain and share experience and skills with all milieus, developmental age groups (5-18) and teams. Responsible for implementing treatment and educational plans for children with multiple emotional/behavioral concerns in a structured environment. Participates in the daily supervision and care of children in the cottage. Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic activities and groups, behavior management and crisis intervention, and teaching basic daily living skills. Will provide a therapeutic balance of nurturance and limit setting demonstrating an understanding of the emotional needs of the children. Must be 21. BA in a Human Service related field or equivalent experience required; related residential and/or day treatment experience preferred. Certified Medical Assistant
Works closely with the psychiatric/medical doctor and treatment teams to coordinate care of children on psychotropic medications, administer TB and Hepatitis tests for staff and conducts health screenings for children. Participates in medication reviews as requested, orders and distributes medications, triage child illness and injuries and organizes blood draws for children on psychotropic mediations. Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse with at least six months experience with children. Certifications must be current. Must be organized with attention to detail and have demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced environment with children and staff. Must be experienced in medication administration and adherence to client rights. All candidates will have a valid Colorado driver’s license and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to pass clearance for CBI, FBI, Central registry for Child Abuse (TRAILS) and employment physical. Works Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 (1/2 hr. lunch break).

Chief Development Officer
Responsible for the overall planning and management of Development Department, including fund raising, planned giving, special events, marketing, communications, community relations and church relations. A member Executive and Management Teams, the CDO works collaboratively with CEO and department staff to provide ongoing vision and strategic planning for growing donor base. The successful candidate will have proven management and strategic planning skills with at least 5 years of senior level experience in philanthropy, fundraising and/or marketing and supervision. Bachelor degree required. Experience in managing a multi-million dollar development program and baseline certification in fund raising with CFRE preferred.
