Cottage Linked Classroom YTC

Works direct care Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. Assists with the wake-up routine in a residential cottage (co-ed ages 5-9) the first hour of each day then stays the remainder of the day in a classroom assisting the teacher with implementing life-skills with up to 8 students (Middle/HS) with low cognitive functioning.  Provides direct care, supervision and structure to students and implements learning activities. Seeking candidates with a BA degree in a Human Service related field or equivalent employment experience.  Must have previous experience with DD , low functioning students; in a classroom setting highly preferred.  This is a year round position, must be able to work during school breaks and holidays. All candidates must have a valid Colorado driver’s license.
